The Swan Reserve is a 349-key boutique hotel, a luxurious gem within the Marriott Bonvoy Autograph Collection. Nestled in the heart of Walt Disney World®, this exquisite resort is the latest addition to the trio of towers that make up the Walt Disney World Dolphin, Swan, and Swan Reserve campus. Developed and unveiled by Tishman Hotel & Realty in 2021, the tower boasts a contemporary aesthetic with an all-glass exterior and a color palette that pays homage to the original Michael Graves-designed Swan and Dolphin. 

The hotel features two spacious ballrooms and twelve versatile meeting rooms, including 149 executive meeting spaces, making it an ideal choice for business events and gatherings. The hotel’s shared spaces are thoughtfully designed to seamlessly transition from day to night, providing a range of experiences.
